As a teenager, I took part in a handful of donor-funded programs - UWC and Kav Hazinuk among them. As a founder, I got mentorship and help from operators who had no obligation to give me the time of day. When I asked one of them why, he said: "Everyone got help. Pass it on."
In the winter of 2025, my startup, Genway, was accepted into a16z Speedrun's 04 cohort in San Francisco. Three months building alongside some of the sharpest, most inspiring people I have met. We closed our seed round within four weeks of landing in the Valley.
This is my way of passing it on. Send me a blurb, your social profile, and your traction metrics at n.voitenkov@gmail.com. Best case, I write you a scout check and introduce you to other investors. Worst case, you get my a16z Speedrun demo deck and the recording of my on-stage pitch.
